I will write up workout and flexibility plans specific to your goals. All I need is a written list of your goals and how much time you are able to set aside to work out daily/weekly. My background is in Pilates and dance, so the plans will be informed by my experience in body conditioning from these styles. I can include either a video or a one on one video session to go through the exercises to make sure you understand the plan.
