I will create a custom exercise plan wether it is for gaining muscle and losing fat, gaining strength or gaining stamina.
I will create a training plan as an excel spread sheet after I know what you want in particular.
You can then fill out the progress in the spreadsheet and a graphic will show you how you build up your strength or stamina over time.
If you want we can negotiate additional meetings to track your progress if you want that.
If you would like to get some tips on an adapted meal plan or nutritional recommendations I am also capable of providing you with a meal plan for an extra cost.
